Cashew

The cashew kernel is deemed a rich source of fat and protein and is an excellent source of nutrients, phosphorus, and iron. It contains a very large proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially the essential fatty acid linoleic acid. Three big cashew goods are also sold on the global market: raw nuts, cashew kernels, and cashew nut shell oil. Usually, the fourth product, the cashew apple, is processed and eaten locally. Cashew is a famous dry fruit and is very common in all seasons all over the world. It is either eaten as raw or used in a variety of dishes such as sweets, gravy preparation, garnishing goods, etc.
